The Role:
You’ll diagnose and repair residential drain systems, guiding customers to confident and informed buying decisions.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Perform assigned service calls or in-shop repairs with professionalism and expertise.
- Accurately complete required warranty paperwork.
- Promote additional products, services, and service agreements to clients.
- Track time and inventory daily.
- Handle plumbing-related tasks when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with team members.
- Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills.
- Obtain necessary certifications (we’re happy to help you get there!)
Qualifications

- A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
- Strong listening, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
