What You’ll Do

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently, providing clear explanations and solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with the installation team as needed, assisting with system installs and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach during every interaction.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.

Requirements

• EPA certified
• Have our core values quality, care ,professionalism ,urgency, and consistency
• Proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with HVAC installation processes and the ability to assist when required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 60lbs and work in varying conditions and extreme heat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 60 per week
