Entry Level Desktop and Server Support
General Knowledge:
- Computer networking concepts and network security methodologies.
- General Networking and PC support.
- Authentication, authorization, and access control methods.
- Cybersecurity and privacy principles.
IT support Skills:
- Basic desktop hardware and Windows support.
- Entry level network skills such as running CAT5e-6 and troubleshooting network issues.
- Understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and user account creation.
- Install and configure Window Servers 2019-22 in a hyperconverged cluster.
- Ability to take on any IT related challenge, wearing multiple hats.
- Lead and deploy new cybersecurity systems to improve our security posture.
Preferred skills but not Required:
- Understanding and maintaining SQL databases.
- Basic knowledge of Powershell and Python scripting.
- Understanding of ERP systems (Inventory Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Management.
