Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in personal care administration or management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in personal care administration or management
- Experience working with elderly or disabled populations
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to personal care services
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
