Top Texas Law Firm is currently seeking a career-driven Legal Support Staff Recruiter to join the team!
The ideal candidate will possess 2 or more years of experience in full-cycle professional level recruitment, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Reporting directly to the Recruiting Manager, you will utilize your skills to drive recruitment of legal support staff across the state. You will work as part of a high-performing, collaborative recruiting team in an environment that fosters and encourages quick thinking, assertive sourcing skills and a proactive approach to recruiting.
You will work with the recruiting team to drive recruiting strategies, using your relationship-building skills and develop strong collaborative partnerships with them to build a pipeline of candidates to advance the Thomas J. Henry brand.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serving as primary contact for the full life cycle recruitment of legal support staff at varying levels in their careers, across multiple functions and locations
- Facilitating and managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation and negotiation
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, and placing a strong focus on the candidate experience
- Providing accurate and timely reports and communication to recruiting management
- Assessing the recruiting process, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in or leading enterprise improvement initiatives

- Ability to establish and maintain credibility with management and team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in full life cycle recruiting
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge in all phases of full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience using Salesforce
- Agency experience
