Role Overview
The Vice President of Market Access is a high-energy leader driving TJP's position as a premier partner in payer and patient access. This role spearheads the agency's market and patient access strategy, fuels growth through strategic planning and client partnerships, and ensures TJP remains a leader in life sciences commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Scale the Market Access division, positioning TJP as an industry leader. Guide payer and patient access initiatives, providing strategic insight on policy trends and payer engagement.
- Client Partnerships : Serve as a senior expert for clients, fostering trust and delivering impactful access solutions. Drive the incorporation of real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics to enhance client strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to create integrated, data-driven campaigns that elevate client results. Ensure performance metrics guide ongoing improvements.
- Thought Leadership : Develop content and insights that position TJP as a market access authority. Represent TJP at conferences and industry events.
- Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing, innovative team focused on continuous learning and collaboration.
