Day In The Life
- Maintain relationships with the property manager and office vendors/service providers
- Manage all office supplies to ensure employees have the appropriate supplies
- Supervise all workstation relocations
- Control office mailroom, including ordering and inventory
- Coordinate with property management
- Arrange any necessary repairs and maintenance
- Reconcile and approve office-related invoicing
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Order all office groceries, beverages, and supplies for the kitchen and coffee bar
- Front desk management and/or intake and triage for visitors, deliveries, and incoming calls. Manages receptionist when hired.
- Ensure we do not exceed the monthly budget for food, drinks, and coffee
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able and willing to learn other software programs
- Hyper-organized and able to prioritize multiple long, short-term, and last-minute tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with various departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $31 - $40
