Day In The Life
- Manage all aspects of a deal structure through the execution of contract.
- Market and promote our TJH product offerings through presentations and meetings to potential clients and other applicable stakeholders (such as private wealth firms, tax advisors, and real estate attorneys) through presentations by creatively pitching the TJH BUILD brand and solution.
- Able to build new and cultivate existing relationships through constant contact and strong customer service to enhance business development efforts.
- In depth data tracking of various deal metrics, numbers, facts, upgrade requests, etc.
- Coordinates with our in-house Transaction Coordinators to ensure that deals are progressing in a timely manner towards closing.
- Manages and facilitates communication between clients, internal personnel, and various stakeholders of the transaction.
- Collaborate with BUY sales, Asset Specialist, and Marketing Specialist to maintain the accuracy of the open house schedule in salesforce.
- Coordinates with BUY sales Team counterpart(s) to ensure all Grand Openings and Open Houses have the necessary coverage to sell each asset.
- Utilizes open houses to generate lead flow for potential BUILD clients in partnership with Buy team.
- Collects leads from all showings and input them into salesforce to sell TJH’s full suite of products.
- Ability to generate organic leads through strategic community events, industry related opportunities and creative solutions.
- Host VIP events at completed homes with potential clients and business partners.
- Oversee the customer relationship management system (Salesforce) following the internal procedures and process to accurately reflect customer engagement.
- Conducting on-site walk-throughs of finished homes with potential clients and stakeholders
- Participates in weekly team meetings focused on role play, sharing of best practices and deal structure.
- 3 years of Residential Real Estate / Residential Construction experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in real estate, sales, business, finance, or a related field.
- Real estate license required
- Demonstrates outbound sales skills and techniques to gain interest and navigate a client through all stages through to a sale.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of Multiple Listing Services (MLS) related to real estate.
