A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE & SALES MANAGER
In this management position, you uphold integrity while overseeing our entire office and sales division. You guide your team of sales specialists in connecting with customers and offering them the best solutions for their roofing needs. On a regular basis, you go over sales activities and metrics with your team and coach them on selling strategies. You also train new reps as they join the company.
You also, manage the bookkeeper to track numbers and assist as needed in collecting receivables. You handle payables, appointment setting, tracking and following up. You will work with others on the marketing side.
By ensuring that customers are satisfied with the process from beginning to end, you and your team build a referral pipeline. With frequent communication, you keep ownership informed about numbers and other pertinent information regarding the sales department. You feel good about helping your team succeed while literally putting a roof ove our customers' heads and driving our revenue!
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have at least 2 of the following:
(A) Office Management Experience
(B) Sales Management Experience
