EAM departments supported include Real Estate, Planning, Design and Construction, and Facilities Operations. Ensures management and strategic alignment of systems and reporting with organizational goals and provides data-derived insights and decision support for facilities and real estate planning and operations. Solid business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to acquire, clean, and effectively present data are essential for success.Job Description
- Leads systems administration for EAM applications, including managing users, roles, updates, and enhancements and resolving performance issues.
- Leads evaluation and selection of new and replacement systems, configuration of new systems, and systems integrations.
- Acquires and cleans data from various EAM applications to develop consolidated, consistent, high-quality analytics and reporting in support of EAM planning and operations.
- Transforms data into value-added narratives that guide strategic planning and decision making via robust understanding of business objectives and effective use of storytelling.
- Ensures functionality and maintenance of CMMS hardware, including iPads, iPhones, and bar scanning systems.
- Manages and mentors Data Analysts and Technical Support staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Partners with EAM finance and accounting team to develop and maintain acceptable accounting practices configured in managed applications and workflows.
- Provides applications and systems support/troubleshooting for EAM users.
- Participates with EAM teams for enhancements to internal procedures and/or applications.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or data science is required.
3-5 years’ experience providing business support is preferred.
