Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology from an APA accredited university required. AND Experience: Experience working with patients with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, strokes, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and workers compensation is preferred. Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania . Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology from an APA accredited university required.
