Under the direction of the Corporate Director of Performance Excellence and Regulations, and in collaboration with departmental members and key stakeholders, he or she is responsible for coordinating the regulatory compliance programs at Jefferson New Jersey hospitals and ambulatory based programs using various performance improvement and regulatory tools, reports, and metrics. Independently coordinates regulatory related project management activities.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

• 3 years experience working with healthcare State and Federal hospital regulations.

• Strong project management experience and proficiency in working with Microsoft Office and other healthcare quality/regulatory software programs.

• Excellent communication (both written and oral), interpersonal, and leadership skills a must. Ability to prioritize and function effectively with teams.
