Job Summary
The Patient Safety Associate works under the supervision of a licensed professional to provide constant observation of assigned patients and intervention if necessary to keep those patients safe. The primary goal is to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients, redirecting them, preventing harmful behaviors, and noting changes in patient behaviors.
