Jefferson Abington hospital is hiring a per diem, day, RN for the Cardiac Unit! It's a 12 hour shift from 7AM-7PM, every other weekend and rotational holidays.

Staff Nurses are responsible for the following :
- Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
- Participates in reviewing and / or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
- Do not have patient assignments.
- Responsible for reviewing all patients ordered remote Tele and have a protocol that allows them to take people off Tele without a MD order.
- Helps upgrade patients to higher level of care and attends rapid responses at times.
The Staff Nurse will provide professional nursing care to a group of patients within a specified time period and complete all required documentation.
