Job Requirements
The Volunteer Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for volunteer services
- Managing all student and adult volunteers for Jefferson Einstein and Elkins Park locations
- Implementing processes for identifying and responding to needs of staff throughout for volunteer assistance
- Managing volunteer application, orientation, training and competency assessment processes and procedures
- Managing data collection and input process and provision of all necessary statistics and reports
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven ability to respond creatively to staff needs for volunteer assistance
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with both provision of excellent customer service and managing conflict resolution
- Strong training skills
