EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS : Bacheloras degree. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : 5 years of related experience ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Innovation, creativity, and flexibility are attributes that will contribute to success in this role. Health care or legal experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated foundational knowledge of project management with experience in creating and managing process flows, presentations, and project plans. Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to independently and accurately issue leadership-level reports and correspondence. Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data . Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, Etc.) and advanced experience with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, SharePoint, and presentation software. Demonstrated understanding of analyzing and reporting metrics. Development or management of promotional events, including budget development and management, identification and management of speakers, and marketing and promotion experience preferred.
