At Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health, we seek an exceptional Family Health Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in Pre-admission Testing under the direction of the Director of Pre-Admission Testing or their designee.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care. As a Family Health Nurse Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the Director of Pre-Admission Testing or their designee to ensure seamless care for patients of all ages.
- Provide comprehensive care to patients from toddler to elderly populations
- Collaborate effectively with clinical colleagues to coordinate care
We are looking for an experienced nurse practitioner who possesses a Bachelor's Degree and relevant training experience. It is preferred that you have experience in inpatient anesthesiology, performing H&Ps, reviewing test results, and coordinating care with clinical colleagues.
CPR certification and a current, unrestricted license to practice in the State of New Jersey are required. Employment is contingent upon the granting of adjunct professional clinical privileges.
