Job Title
The Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, part of the Jefferson Health network, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible community physician with an interest in benign and malignant hematology.
Job Summary
This individual will join our community hematology/oncology division at Jefferson Abington Hospital located in Abington, PA, and work closely with medical and radiation oncologists, diagnostic radiologists, and pathologists to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in benign and malignant hematology, with a focus on outpatient and inpatient services.
- Engage learners through education and training programs, and participate in cancer clinical trial enrollment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cancer.
Work Environment
This position will have clinical responsibilities at Jefferson Abington Hospital in Abington, PA, and the Asplundh Cancer Pavilion in Willow Grove, PA, and be a faculty member in the division of hematology/oncology at Jefferson Abington Hospital.
