What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospital Greeter / Patient Greeter - Relief - Saturday - 6:30am - 2:30pm - Abi position at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health?
Hospital Greeters welcome and assist patients, their families and visitors entering the hospital. Greeters answer questions, provide information such as patient floor and room number, utilize internal software to register visitors, and direct people to the hospital location they need, thereby creating a caring and efficient atmosphere.
Education amp; Training:High school diploma or equivalent is preferred for Greeter applicants.
Experience:Previous office experience. Greater preference given to individuals with previous medical office or customer service experience.
Other Requirements:
- Pass Pre-Employment drug test.
- Good communication skills are essential. Helpful and Friendly, Enjoy working with people.
- Knowledge of Hospital as well as the surrounding area is required.
- Well groomed-adhere to dress code (Uniformed Position).
- Ability to stand continuously for a shift.
