Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a vital member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing comprehensive care to patients in the inpatient hospital setting. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations, documenting findings in the patient's medical record.
- Order and collect relevant diagnostic data, including tests and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to diagnose acute and complex chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on evidence-based practice guidelines.
Requirements:
- National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Master's Degree
- BLS certification
- Covid Vaccination required for employment
