We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Member Relations Representative to join our team!
Working under close supervision to promote a positive image of Health Partners via telephone, utilizing each contact as an opportunity to educate callers about the plan and retain members by providing high levels of service. Report on trends and issues impacting the membership, working collaboratively with other departments to assure continued customer satisfaction.
