Job Description:
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) on our inpatient hospitalist service team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Education and Licensure:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current BLS certification
