Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive care plans to address their acute and chronic health needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
- Promote evidence-based practices through active engagement in research and quality improvement initiatives.
To succeed in this position, you must possess a Master's degree in Nursing and National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are also required.
