About the Role
We are seeking a fellowship-trained C&L Psychiatry physician to join our team of outstanding psychiatrists. The position has two components:
Main Position: Outpatient Psychiatry Physician
- Maintain an outpatient caseload three days per week
- Teaching responsibilities, including formal lectures and bedside instruction for residents and rotating medical students from Jefferson and PCOM
Main Position: Consultation Liaison Attending Physician
- Evaluation and treatment of inpatients as part of the consult team at Moss Rehab in Elkins Park
- Teaching responsibilities, including formal lectures and bedside instruction for residents and rotating medical students from Jefferson and PCOM
- Participation in the CL Journal club
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an approved Psychiatry residency
- Fellowship in C&L preferred
- Board certification or eligibility and passing the boards within three years of hire
