DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver professional, courteous service with all customers
- Ability to navigate Toro systems efficiently to provide information to customer
- Demonstrate proficiency with Toro Knowledge Management Materials by providing accurate information
- Provide problem resolution options and next issue avoidance for the customer (i.e. advise receipts, appointment advisories, fuel recommendations, etc.)
- Adherence to daily workforce schedule
