Experience required in Mowing and Leadership. A valid Driver’s License & clean driving record also required.

A MOWING MANAGER will be experienced in the tasks of a Team Member (mowing, trimming, light weeding, and use of a backpack blower) and have good interpersonal skills. Fertilizing experience and RT license or greater is required.
Responsibilities:
- training new members & crew leaders
- serve as a team leader in the field each day
- assist in the assignments of crew members
- maintain the expected high level of quality service on each property
- ensure that safety protocols are followed
- set a good example for others
- help other crews as needed, especially outside of the mowing season (no winter layoff)
