Your Impact
To ensure efficiency in the acquisition, storage and distribution of our supply chain including food and non-food items and other food services related materials. Receives, stocks, and distributes supplies and materials to proper departments and / or areas in a timely manner. Inventories and replenishes user area stock. Reports variances to department manager including damages, defects, and missing items.

N / AESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assists with unloading and verifying commodity and purchased food and supply shipments into the warehouse against requisitions and invoices. Corrects and / or notifies vendors and supervisor of errors at time of deliversPlace orders away properly, using the FIFO system, in the designated areasAssists in driving and delivering food and supplies from the warehouse to off-site locationsPicks, packs & stages items for delivery; preparing product including weighing and separating productMarking, dating, and labeling with identifying information and ensures the accuracy of dates and labels on all required itemsDelivers orders to locations in a timely mannerWell versed in units of measure and the use of digital scales and thermometersDaily cleaning and organizing of warehouse, walk-in coolers, and freezers. Ensures food storage areas shelves are clean and stocked by front-facing, checking codes-dates-labels, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.Maintains documents relating to area / aisle assignments (i.e., cycle counts, cleanliness, rotation, and appropriate space utilization). Monitors product usage for appropriate par levels.Daily physical inventory and ordering of foods and suppliesInventory management tasks assist with inventory counts, product ordering & end of month processFollows and complies, or ensures compliance, with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health, sanitation, safe work practices and regulatory documentsImmediately reports safety hazardsMaintain and promote a friendly and approachable attitude towards the client, guests, and staffCommunicate clearly and openly with all staff members for overall successUphold a professional appearance and mannerismAdhere to all company policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by leadershipMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :
