Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Assist in the assembly of products on the assembly line, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Fabricate components as needed using hand tools and power tools, following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols within the manufacturing facility.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Experience in fabricating components using various hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated.
