In the role of Property Damage & Medical Case Manager at our Personal Injury Law firm, you will be integral in managing cases effectively while communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.
The successful applicant duties consist of the following tasks::
- know how to open the claim with insurance companies and governmental claim
- Proficient with SR 1, SR 19, property damage collecting rental , loss of use , gears, child car seat, personal property damage
- Know how to assist clients from Chiro, MRI, Specialist pain management , surgical appointment , rehab
- Must be very proficient with collecting Med Pay
- Must know how to collect all bill and reports, send demand and medical specials to insurance company
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in civil litigation (Personal Injury)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of e-filing procedures and California rules
- Familiarity with California discovery rules
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is a plus
