Billing Coordinator – Thomas Oilfield Services

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Billing Manager and providing onsite daily billing support, the Billing Coordinator provides accurate and timely billing support for the organization. The Billing Coordinator communicates with the sales, operations, and accounting departments on an ongoing basis, identifies inconsistencies in data, and works to prevent billing errors by paying careful attention to details.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Maintain a Catalog of the most up-to-date pricing for each customer.
- Ensure all Invoices match current customer pricing.
- Maintain an inventory of each location’s equipment.
- Prepare and send customer invoices.
- Verify geographic location, equipment inventory, well dates, and labor costs on each invoice prior to customer submission.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Valid US Driver License
- Able to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgement and critical thinking
- 2 years of progressive responsibility in an administrative support role
- Excellent skills in MS Excel
- Extreme detail orientation with equally strong organizational skills, including multi- tasking and demonstrated problem-solving
- Ability to communicate across levels, and in sometimes challenging situations, while maintaining a professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Able to successfully complete all required pre-hire tests and verifications to include pre- employment drug testing, reference & criminal background checks and MVR review
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with TOS equipment types
- Previous experience in oil/gas, trucking, manufacturing or other heavy-industrial environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
