Patient Coordinator
We are a growing orthodontic office looking to add an outgoing and friendly individual to our front desk staff. You will be the first person patients see as they walk into our office, and we prefer someone who is a people person with a warm and bubbly personality.
Job duties include :
- Welcoming patients and visitors and assisting them with checking in and any inquiries.
- Answering a multi-line telephone in an efficient manner as to not miss any incoming calls.
- Scheduling appointments in person or over the phone.
- Keeping appointments on schedule by letting the clinic know of a patient's arrival, and communicating any appointment delays to patients.
- Maintaining patient records and accounts.
- Ensuring the waiting room is clean and well stocked.
- Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of person and financial information.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing additional tasks as needed.
- We split our time between our offices in Hartford and Menomonee Falls, therefore candidate must be able to commute to both locations.
Qualifications : Dental / Medical office experience a plus!
