Retail Customer Service Representative for local, family-owned outdoor power equipment retail store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Requirements:
- Willing to learn and become an expert on the brands/ equipment we carry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays on occasion.
- Bilingual is helpful
