About The Role
We're looking for a true unicorn — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and wears many hats with ease. As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heart of our Annapolis HQ, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly. You’ll own everything from greeting guests and managing office supplies to troubleshooting tech hiccups, coordinating team events, and keeping the vibe just right. This role will report to the Director of Operations and Employee Engagement.
Job-Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Pay: $26-$32.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 PM with a 30-min paid lunch.
Job Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
Greet clients, guests, and team members warmly and professionally
Manage incoming calls, mail, and packages
Administrative Support
Provide general admin support across departments
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with document prep
Maintain and organize shared office files and systems
Office Operations
Own office supply inventory, snack/beverage orders, and vendor relationships
Troubleshoot basic tech issues (copiers, conference room AV, etc.) and coordinate with IT when needed
Ensure the office stays clean, organized, and welcoming
Culture & Events
Plan team lunches, birthdays, happy hours, and company-wide events
Support employee recognition and engagement programs as needed
Special Projects
Take on project-based work and lend a hand wherever needed
Suggest and implement process improvements to make things run smoother

- Previous experience in office management, administrative, or customer-facing role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
