As a Space Planning Contractor, you will use your expertise in interior design to develop strategic and aesthetically pleasing layouts for various commercial spaces. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with a strong understanding of commercial space planning requirements who can deliver quick turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop space plans for commercial properties, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and efficient use of space.
Create design concepts and layouts based on client needs and project specifications.
Collaborate with our team to align design solutions with project goals and brand identity.
Present and revise space plans as needed, incorporating feedback efficiently.
Deliver finalized space plans within 2-4 business days, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Contract Terms:
