Thomas Pest Services is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch pest management services to residential and commercial customers.
About the Role
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Making dozens of inbound and outbound calls per day
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
Compensation and Benefits
- $18.00 - $21.00/hour depending on experience level
- 5% commission on services sold and 1% for opportunities sold by outside sales team
- Monthly bonus structure for meeting sales goals

Requirements
- 18 years or older
