Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Success: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales goals and exceed performance targets. Own the execution to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Mentor: Manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance, identify training needs, and ensure continued growth and development.
- Expand Market Reach: Lead initiatives to tap into new markets, develop innovative action plans, and expand our customer base to accelerate business growth.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns, proposals, and promotional strategies that will resonate with clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong customer service and presentation skills, with exceptional communication abilities (both oral and written).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with the ability to travel locally.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to peak performance.
