Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Management:
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns regarding maintenance issues, lease agreements, and property rules.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting any damages.
- Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Address tenant complaints and conflicts in a professional manner.
- Marketing and Leasing:
- Create and manage property listings on various platforms.
- Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
- Screen tenant applications and verify eligibility.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintenance and Operations:
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance needs.
- Monitor property condition and identify potential maintenance issues
- Oversee routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate tenant files and records
