Thomas Ridge Athletics is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Men's Golf Coach to join our team for the 2025 Fall season. We are a Post - Graduate Program that helps and promotes student athletes to the next level. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with a passion for coaching and developing young athletes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coach and mentor student-athletes in golf skills, strategy, and sportsmanship.
- Develop practice plans and coordinate training sessions.
- Lead recruitment efforts for prospective players.
- Promote a positive team culture and commitment to excellence.
-Recruiting players to our program is a big part of what we do!!!!!
-Must be able to Lead Recruitment and show results!!!!!
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
- Previous recruiting experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
**Compensation:**
Pay is based on experience. And your ability to recruit.
