Title : Millwork Installer / Field Craftsman
Supervisor : VP of Field Operations
Job Summary : Installs high-end custom millwork packages, built-in cabinetry and other goods, using a variety of machines and hand tools. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the woodworking / installation field. Relies heavily on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Post install inspection and sign off
- Punchlist Management
Duties and Requirements :
Understand, recognize, and produce Nothing Less Than Monumental craftsmanship and deliver White Glove Customer Service.Possess an installer’s skill set, including but not limited to reading blueprints, ability to layout and measure, understand concepts of plum, level and square, knowledge of material properties, finishing touches and damage prevention.Able to solve problems and make decisions in imperfect field conditions and work with other businesses on site.Knowledge of general hardware and the integration into the installation.Develops strong communication with Project Manager to ensure installation is done properly and according to schedule.Attends final inspection meetings on all projects and creates a Post Completion Review.Possess a valid driver’s license and trained to drive the Company’s delivery trucks.Must be flexible and able to travel.Prepares daily reports that address developments in areas of responsibility, such as materials, changes to jobs and on-site progress.Maintains the ability to remain objective and proactive, follow through with business priorities, and manage quality initiatives throughout the installation phase of the operation.Identifies and eliminates Company-wide non value-added activities, by working with Operations Management to implement effective corrective and preventive actions by way of EOS and continuous improvement.Provides individual contribution in problem solving efforts on selected projects to improve quality and reduce costs.Builds and maintains confidence of company personnel by exposing and educating them on best management practices and modern technologies and their uses.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Responsibilities and Work Hours :

Qualifications & Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.5 years of experience in the installation field.Computer skills including AutoCAD, Windows-based applications, and Microsoft Office.Must possess strong mathematical aptitude.Must be fluent in the English language.Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.Other Qualifications
Possession of a valid State of Florida Driver License with a clean driving record in accordance with the company’s insurance carrier’s standards may be required.
