SALARY : $240,000 to $315,000&
Position Overview :
A prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Corporate Transactional Attorney to join their offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas. This role is tailored for candidates with a strong, stable background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, or securities, who are seeking to leverage their experience within a leading law firm environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities matters.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Negotiate, draft, and review a range of transactional documents and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment on all relevant matters.
- Provide strategic advice to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
