Experience & Certifications Required
- EPA Certification or CFC Universal Refrigerant Card
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in Commercial Building Maintenance or Commercial HVAC
- Strong understanding of Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Commercial HVAC systems
- Lead and oversee the maintenance, service, diagnosis, and repair of Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Commercial HVAC equipment
- Manage and train a team of technicians to ensure optimal building system performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance operations
- Collaborate with building management and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency services
