- Lead the strategic planning and execution of a global sourcing, production planning, and logistics strategy.
- Oversee the launch of new manufacturing or distribution operations in new regions and countries.
- Assess the current supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement new strategies to drive operational efficiency and prepare for growth.
- Collaborate across multiple departments and with global stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain operation.
- Promote Lean principles and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing plants.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business.
- 8 years of experience in machinery or equipment assembly operations.
- Proven expertise in international shipping and developing a global sourcing strategy, including entering new regions or countries.
- Strong leadership experience managing a team of Buyer/Planners.
- Hands-on, problem-solving attitude with the ability to both strategize and execute.
