Role
This position ensures that all offices and facilities are kept in good repair and functioning properly by performing periodic inspections and basic upkeep/repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Performs a variety of of routine building and mechanical maintenance duties at all locations.
Assists in facility projects as assigned.
Maintains a working knowledge of DVR's, security systems and code requirements related to maintenance of facilities.
Assists with electronic record keeping related to preventative maintenance and repair of equipment.
Completes work orders, inventory control, weekly reports and preventative maintenance documents.
Responsible for purchase, pickup and delivery of supplies as needed.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, in addition to all company policies.
