Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the overall health and sustainability of wildlife habitats on the property.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a cattle ranch, including herd management, feeding, fencing, breeding, and grazing strategies including management intensive grazing practices.
- Working with a forester implementing sustainable timber management practices, including harvesting, replanting, and making changes for land regeneration.
- Coordinate and lead all land management activities, including soil conservation, water management, and vegetation control.
- Develop and execute land use strategies to optimize production while maintaining the ecological balance of the land.
- Manage property resources effectively and increase revenue generating opportunities to ensure the health of the land, cattle, and timber for future generations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
