About the Role:
Join our team at ThomCap Logistics LLC as a Delivery Helper for Home Depot appliance deliveries! This non-driving role is perfect for someone who loves teamwork, hard work, and punctuality.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays off)
- Hours: Start at 5:30 AM sharp and work until the route is complete (usually between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
What You'll Do:
- Assist our delivery driver with loading and unloading Home Depot appliances
- Help move heavy items (up to 175 lbs) safely with a teammate
- Keep work areas and customer sites neat and tidy
- Wear the required uniform: black pants, black shoes, and a high-visibility yellow shirt
- Complete daily routes efficiently, averaging about 150 air miles from Shreveport
What You Need:
- Reliable transportation to get to and from the work truck location in Shreveport
- Own housing available
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (with help)
- Punctuality and a commitment to full-time hours
- Ability to work one unpaid week (one week in the hole) before your first paycheck
- Must pass background check
- Must pass a 90-day evaluation before being considered for a pay raise
Pay & Benefits:
- $110 per day starting pay
- Get paid every Friday
- Note: The first week is unpaid (one week in the hole)
- Pay raise consideration after a successful 90-day evaluation
