What will you do as a Family Support Worker Supervisor?
- As a Family Support Worker Supervisor in the Florida Case Management Organization (CMO) department, you will provide leadership around crisis invention, de-escalation, and behavior modification techniques to Family Support Workers whom are out in the community supervising youth. This also consists of developing a daily transportation schedule, coaching staff, managing work hours with client needs, and overcoming barriers.
- A typical day as a Family Support Worker Supervisor will include developing/implementing transportation schedule, managing crisis, coaching staffing and overcoming barriers. As a Family Support Worker Supervisor, a large amount of time is spent assisting staff to manage client needs and work schedules. Work hours vary and schedule includes an availability for after hour coverage (nights/weekends).
- Starting Pay Rate: $41k annually

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a high performing individual contributor in a related field
- Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead.
- All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
