What will you do as a Foster Care Supervisor?
- As a Foster Care Supervisor in the Foster Care (FC) department, you will act as a mentor for Foster Care Coordinators, provide staff feedback, monitor compliance of organizational policy, State Regulation and Accreditation standards within foster care, communicate with agency wide staff, stakeholders, and community members, review and Analyze Trends and set goals for continual improvement, oversee Data Reports and conduct follow up, ensure resource needs are available to support staff in doing their job, delegation and follow-ups, and attend organizational/departmental required meetings
- A typical day as a Foster Care Supervisor will include communicating with Foster Care coordinators, other leaders in the organization, and DSS. Attend agency and community meetings to ensure services are being provided at a high level, Continual monitoring of data and staff compliance in services, and Monitor census and budgets
- As a Foster Care Supervisor you will be available to your employees throughout each day, have a flexible yet fast paced scheduled, and have a Hybrid work-home office and community
- Starting Pay Range: $53k-$60k annually

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead. Minimum Education and Experience requirements for a Foster Care Program Supervisor is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of directly related experience; or
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of directly related experience; or
- Master’s degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of directly related experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Verified 3 years of work experience as a high performing individual contributor in a related field
- Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions
- You have a passion for working with youth & adolescents!
