What will you do as a High Fidelity Wrap Director?
- As a Wrap Director in the WRAP department, you will oversee, support, drive, and develop Program Supervisors or Program Managers in one or more programs. You will be solely responsible for ensuring all deliverables of the contract are being upheld by program supervisors. Drive Productivity and culture through setting clear expectations (KPI), mentoring, training, coaching, feedback, and accountability.
- High Fidelity Wraparound is a community-based program working with kids and families in their homes and in the community to develop a “family plan” to address the needs and challenges of meeting their top priorities. Based on their needs and schedules, our team will meet with the family weekly or as often as needed. Wraparound is an evidence-based model of support to help youth continue living at home, attending school or work, and remaining stable.
- A typical day as a Wrap Director will include but not be limited to the following: Provide ongoing support and guidance to program supervisors related to maintaining program census, outcomes, and financials. Coaching and holding leaders accountable, navigating dashboards, and monitoring program metrics to ensure targets are met and/or setting short-term and long-term goals to achieve success. The Director is also responsible for attending senior-level meetings. The Director's work hours are typically Monday through Friday during regular business hours but must remain flexible to support supervisors when emergencies arise after hours.
- Starting Pay Range: $52k-$73.5k annually

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's degree in a human services field
- 3-5 years of previous leadership experience
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead.
- All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
