What will you do as a Program Supervisor?
- As a Program Supervisor for School-Based Case Management, you will be responsible for daily operational oversight and performance of the School-Based Case Management Team in Mecklenburg County. The Program Supervisor will lead a team of five professionals focused on supporting and guiding families through challenges. This team consists of case managers, one specifically designated to work with individuals facing housing insecurities, and a youth support partner. The program's three main goals are increasing self-sufficiency, increasing positive relationships, and increasing access to resources.
- A typical day as a Program Supervisor will include processing and assigning referrals, providing guidance and support to staff, and communicating and coordinating with referral sources and key stakeholders. As a Program Supervisor, you will work a flex schedule to ensure that you are able to meet the needs of your key stakeholders and provide support as needed to your staff.
- Starting Pay Range: $55k-$60k

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's degree with a full clinical licensure
- 3 years of work experience as a high-performing individual contributor in a related field
- Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short-term project management, coordination, training, or actual leadership positions
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead
- All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
