While performing the duties of this job, employees are required to walk, sit, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Employees will perform a wide variety of physical tasks such as standing, walking, running, stooping, bending, climbing stairs and lifting of individuals, which requires strength, coordination, endurance, and agility. The employee must be agile enough to control and rapidly extricate him/herself and children and youths from buildings in case of an emergency. The employee must be capable of running a distance as required in the apprehension of a fleeing youth.

What will you do as a Residential Youth Program Supervisor?
- As a Residential Youth Program Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. Success will be primarily measured through three core data points: financial performance data, staff retention/engagement data, and program outcomes/quality data. Program supervisor are expected to model principles of the Leadership Pipeline as a Leader of Others.
- A typical day as a Residential Youth Program Supervisor includes staff check-ins, delegation and follow-ups, review of shift logs, following up on all communications, staff observations, and Compliance Monitoring of Organization Policy, State Regulation and Accreditation standards within programs
- All residential staff must pass a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training and demonstrate proper physical Therapeutic techniques and holds.
- Starting Pay Range: $55-60k annually

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Verified 2 years of work experience as a high performing individual contributor in a related field.
- Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions.
- Displays the capacity/coachability for future growth and development as a leader.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program (s) you lead
- All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
